Triciajean Jones Employment Specialist, Special Event Coordinator Triciajean has a diverse background in Human Services and significant experience working with people with disabilities, inner-city youth and various recreational programs. After working for two years in Chicago at an inner-city community center, Triciajean returned to Rochester to create change in her own community. She has a BS from SUNY Brockport, majoring in Recreation and Leisure Studies with a concentration in Therapeutic Recreation. Triciajean joined Career Start in 2008 and, in addition to recruiting, is also responsible for coordinating special events, staff development and training, staff outings and team-building events.
