Allison Drogan Executive Director Allison joined Career Start in 2008. Her experience in the Human Services field began through an internship in Australia where she studied Criminal Profiling and Intergenerational Patterns of Crime. She received a BS in Criminology from SUNY Buffalo. Her work experience commenced by counseling “at-risk youth” in both residential and school-based settings. Previously, Allison has been a volunteer for Planned Parenthood as a Rape Crisis Counselor, where she counseled and mentored both women and men in crisis. Her Human Services experience has helped her to successfully manage Career Start’s Employment Specialists and has allowed her to contribute to the program’s great success.
